Yep.

Oh, he sees himself as a great leader because things are going just as he planned them.  Long before 9/11, even before he ran for President, he said that in order to be seen as a great leader, he needs a war, that his father had political *capital* that he *wasted* and that if Dubya ever had the chance to invade, he wouldn't waste it.  (He seems to really like that word *capital* as I remember him using the same word after the 2004 election.)
