be proved, you are right. It is my opinion that they do not.
The Bible says that if we don't praise God, the rocks will cry out, but rocks don't have souls, do they?
But let's not get too distracted from the greater point.
I'm not trying to diminish the beauty of animals and their love and companionship. I was trying to point out that killing a cow for its hide or its meat does not constitute murder, and to compare a carnivore killing for food to a woman choosing to terminate her pregnancy serves no purpose because it is not a true comparison.
