When will it end?

When will the men and women serving overseas be able to come home?  When will our leaders realize that we cannot stop running around the world being the police for everyone else?  We have enough problems of our own.  It's time for this to stop, and STOP NOW!!!  OUR men and women are dying every day....FOR WHAT???  So people halfway around the globe can have democracy?  Please....
