What you are not getting

is that O (and the Mrs. and many of their supporters)  have great big chips on their shoulders.  It has to do with slavery in America.  It has to do with apartheid in Africa.  It has to do with Britain's long-past treatment of Africans as well - which may well explain his cavalier treatment of their PM. 

He sees an America in which blacks comprise less than 20% of the population as white-oppressed, and now it is time for bigtime payback.  Since Johnson's Great Society, welfare, public housing, AFDC, food stamps, affirmative action, and myriad other programs did not lift anyone out of poverty it is time for much more drastic measures.  Reparations are long overdue as far as he is concerned.  Get used to it.  It's gonna get a whole lot worse before it gets worse!
