As I said, if you have a problem with liberal ideology being expressed on this board, you need to contact the administrator as she is the one that helped toward having the two boards and requested many times to not bash. Can you understand that?

Why a liberal and a conservative board?
I don't get this. Why is there a board for liberals and a board for conservatives? It's not like no one comes to the liberal board who isn't, and what fun would that be, anyway? And is everyone comfortable with the labels? I consider myself a liberal on many issues, but there are some issues on which I would agree with conservatives. For instance, I want less government (which Bush supposedly wants, ha!). I think people ought to be able to bears arms and it's a real good thing for Iraq that Saddam Hussein didn't keep them from having them, so now they can try to repel the foreign invaders. Just a couple of issues for which no label really works....

I give you Democrats and/or liberals credit for even being able to respond to the right wing who for some reason, I just cannot understand why, constantly come over to the liberal board and post more than the liberals do and every post is a disagreement or outright attack towards the liberal poster who posted on the liberal board..I frankly have had it with the Republicans. They have messed up America with their backward way of thinking and they still dont get it. Their party is falling apart and they are looking at more Democrats being voted in yet they still spew their hate, bias, closed mindedness..From Limbaugh to Coulter to Falwell to Robertson, Dobson, Hannity, etc., etc., they show the world how uninformed and racist and backward they are..and the Republican masses follow blindly. I just about choked on the latest idiotic comment by Coulter concerning Christians and Jews. Someone needs to set that broad straight real fast. The comments she made that Jews need to be perfected is a mind set right out of Hitlers Germany. Oh and all you Republicans who will wander over to the liberal board and real this, dont waste the energy, I will not respond to your posts nor read them. I've been following the candidates throughout this whole process. O is not going to cure our ills. He will just put us more into debt. I would have loved to hear the crap spewed by BOTH but let's face it. If the O wins and any of his dem affiliates and everything is democratic, there goes the checks and balances; i.e., they can put through any law with smooth sailing and nary a person can undermine it.
Do you understand and see what I'm saying???? Probably not. Let me put it in English....if the O wants to ban guns, it will be done. If the O wants to tax people that earn $1,000 a year (just a supposition), it will be done. If the O wants to tax us to death on health care, it will be done. If he wants us to rely on the government for our income, it will be done.
We need checks and balances so we don't become another Cuba or Russia. Don't you get that? If the dems control everything, there's no way this will be "for the people, of the people" demoncracy. It will be Venezula, Cuba, Russia, China, etc., so called republic and I'm not looking forward to it.

Not the original one. That is why some people are questioning its authenticity. I personally don't feel that this will be an issue since Obama's mom was an American citizen. I think the thing that sticks out in some people's mind is that on his school records he was listed as a citizen to Indonesia....as well as his religion was listed as muslim. Those are things that may not sit well with others. Obviously people for Obama find it as no big deal but others do think it is worth looking at more carefully.
Like I've said before, if any other politician had the background and connections that Obama has had and still has......they wouldn't even be considered for president. Their political career would be in the gutter.
If you really want to get technical about this, McCain wasn't born in the United States. LOL. He was born at a US military hospital in the Panama Canal Zone where his father was serving in the navy. However, his parents were BOTH American citizens, so he could have been born on Mars and still been an American at birth.

into a Google search, it will give you some sites with the full context of what she said. However, if you take the totality of the statements, and look at her basic agenda...Hillary does have strong socialist tendencies. Read up for yourself on socialism...how it starts and how it invariably ends. Veneuela being an example...Chavez took power saying he was going to return power to the people. What he did was take all the power for himself...that is where socialism invariably goes...to dictatorship. Cuba is another example. Chavez recently took control of all the television stations and radio stations so he could control the content and people who would disagree with him. We just need to be very careful to look at all aspects of something that looks good on the surface...need to make sure we push the lid off and see what's underneath. Educate ourselves. No matter what our political leanings are. We need to keep our individuality. It is vital...in my opinion.
