I agree with 1, 2, and 4. But I think peopel should be given incentives
to go to hybrid or other forms of fuel for driving. Domestic drilling will be a start, but once we bankrupt the world and US of all of its resources, then we will have nothing left.

With all the incentives, tax credits, encouragement and
proposed in Obama's plan, it is not likely that he will be fining them out of business over health care insurance. You do raise an interesting question, though, and I would be curious about that myself.
