I do believe you are being extremely premature. What Obama has consistently said is that he is willing to listen to ALL ideas. This does not mean that he agrees with them or will adopt them, just that he is listening and recognizing them. So, just because it's "on the table" doesn't mean he supports it. All you're doing with this is playing a guessing game. I prefer to wait and see what the final document looks like before jumping to conclusions about what will and won't be in it.
