Well, DUH!!!!! The boy may not have known better, but I bet his dad did.

AURORA, Colo. -- A Colorado fifth-grader said he has been suspended from school for wearing a homemade T-shirt that said "Obama is a terrorist's best friend."

Daxx Dalton and his father, Dann Dalton, said his First Amendment rights were violated.

School officials in Aurora -- a Denver suburb -- said they respect students' free speech rights but also watch for things that might interrupt the learning environment. They said they can't discuss the specifics of the case.

The boy said he was given a choice of changing his shirt, turning it inside-out or being suspended, and he chose suspension.

His father told a Denver television station he's considering a lawsuit.

...I'm sure the SEAL team in the area would be more than capable of taking care of business.  But you see, that would set world opinion against us.  I mean, here the ship was out on the high seas where it had no business being, the pirates are just poor Somali persons trying to make a living according to their rich cultural heritage.   They didn't actually KILL the captain (yet) so why do they deserve death? 

The whole world (not to mention the 'World Court') would be calling for the heads of those who authorized, planned the mission and pulled the trigger.  They would say we should have negotiated a 'peaceful resolution' and that we used unnecessary force when a couple of million bucks (which the US has plenty of) would have settled the whole matter.  Racism would be mentioned. 

Such is the world we are living in now, and of which Obama wants us to be an even bigger subscriber.  We get attacked and it's up to us to make amends for causing it.  Sorry my eye got in the way of your fist...won't happen again.
