Obama manages to gain bipartisan support, which has has been pretty good at in the past. Ever wonder what is behind his cabinet apopintment strategy? He won't be able to do that unless the republicans have the needed insight into the critical state of affairs and can get themselves beyond the divisive tactics they have become so famous for lately. I believe Obama will be able to reign in dems toward a more centrist approach, which is what will be needed to get bipartisan consensus.
