This is what I see:
The republican party seems to thrive on contraversy and has for years. They knew they couldn't win this election because of the economy, wars, etc. So they put McCain and Palin up there as candidates, both of whom are supposed to be *mavericks.* They lose the election, as expected, but in the meantime we hear stories about how McCain has no control of his campaign and Palin is going rogue. Well, then the campaign anonymously attacks Palin for lack of knowledge, etc. So....Sarah fights back with interviews all over the place now and comes out smelling like a rose because she's going against her own party, which makes her even more mavericky...LOL. Yeah, this sounds far-fetched, but ths is what has happened thus far.
Hey, guess who's going to be the next republican leader. Yep, the one and only Sarah Palin. She can now run on a ticket in 2012 that she is a new kind of maverick! I would also be willing to bet she gets that senate seat. From a dem's point of view, I couldn't be happier...LOL.
Latest Sarah Palin quote:
I believe that running for vice president was good for Alaska. *I believe that, with tens of millions of people seeing kind of a different face of Alaska, and again, not me personally but what it is that we represent. Hardworking, unpretentious, conservationists, all these things that our administration and my family, all that we embody, has been good for Alaska...And the eyes of the nation are on Alaska, they're going to be on us for a long time.
Can she actually make a sentence?
