I don't usually watch Fox, but I did see Huckabee last weekend. He had Ann Coulter on and then Jerry Springer after her. (I guess he needed Springer to restore some class and dignity to the show after Coulter.)
Anyway, Huckabee, in his own calm, cool, collect and respectful tone, OWNED Coulter, pointing out all the lies she had written about him in her books! It was hysterical.
What was even funnier was that after commercial, when Jerry Springer was on, there was a sense of calmness and order on the show. During the conversation, there was a comment about "authenticity" made by Springer. When Huckabee responded, I SWEAR he was talking about Coulter, though he didn't mention any names.
You can see both videos at the link below. You will be taken to another screen once you click the Coulter link, but if you return to that page after seeing Coulter and scroll down a bit, you'll see the link for Jerry Springer's interview (directly under the words "Famous Faces").

To Woofer: These are just sad, miserable, angry people who...
...don't want to see America succeed.
Personally, I'm thinking maybe it's best to just ignore them because each time I respond to a negative post, all I do is feed it, and I'm tired of doing that.
Unfortunately, this board is becoming downright toxic because of all the anger, hatred, whining and complaining from the very sore losers.
The good news is that 78% of the country wants to see America succeed, so I have great hope for a much brighter future for my daughter and grandchildren.
