Of course not!  LOL.  Though I suspect they'll think it's some kind of "fix" within the Supreme Court or "something bigger."  Apparently, one of Berg's cases is still before the Supreme Court, so maybe they'll hang their last ray of hope on that.

Have either of you noticed how many REPUBLICANS are applauding Obama's appointments and ideas so far?  It's mind boggling!  LOL.

To GP:  Thanks...I'm hangin' in there.  I don't get here as often as I used to, but it looks like I haven't missed much.  (Supreme Court this, Supreme Court that, etc.)   

If I don't get back before, I wish a very Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to you both and to everyone else on this board.
