That is not necessarily so...

Because I would vote for Clinton before I vote for McCain, but for me it is McCain over Obama. So, my advice is to vote for the person you think would do the best job or the less of the evils, not to just get your party in. I have to say that I never, ever, ever thought I would say this and I just did and I mean it too! I think Obama is even more despicable than McCain, if that is possible. They are almost equal in my estimation. Just listen to his schpiel and then note that he is going to DO all these things, but never states HOW and that may of his campaign "promises" seem to be racist. Clinton seems the least racist when comparing the two after I read all the information available. Maybe we could all just write in the candidate of our choice and if were an organized effort it could work. It is bleak.

Not necessarily....lol. nm

I am not necessarily defending them.
I am trying to make people have a broader view of them. Gadfly seemed to be headed in that direction, but, of course, that was too much for you to bear. One mind, I know the drill. Hateful? Not at all. Truth, gt. It's called truth. It's my truth and I am sticking to it. More might be truthful with you if they weren't afraid of getting their leg chewed off to the knee. You won't argue with me, because you can't. You don't operate on logic, you operate on emotion. Kill the messenger was invented as a slogan exactly for people like you. If you move outside your comfort zone, you attack the messenger, cut them off at the knees, with an airy 'this just isn't worth discussing' or some such. Surely, I am not the first to have pointed this out to you. I won't be the last either. I have had my fill. My expectations were far too high on finding this board. I will move on along, before you revoke my privileges. As far as racism, I posted many excellent examples of it up at the top of the board, not that you would read it. I can imagine that you are the type who never reads posts, only the headings, or at the very least a line or two, and then just responds out of sheer emotion. One can do that on chat boards. How you get away with it in life, I have an idea. I won't say it here though, lest you endanger yourself with a stroke at hearing the truth.
On ALL sides--does not necessarily mean sm
this fiasco is partisan--only that the current administration (GOP) allowed all entities to run amok. It's the financial world versus the common man, now vice versa. As one pundit said tonight, The public shouldn't have to pick up the broken chairs when they weren't invited to the party.
not necessarily. I don't know about other states, but...
here in Michigan they want to allow voting online, not needing to actually be "absent" to get an absentee ballot, and no ID needed. And they were also tossing around early voting like Ohio did. If this is all allowed like the Dems want, then all the "dead dems" in Cook County will be moving to Michigan to vote, and then move back to Chicago.
What is scary about all these "proposals" is that you have the opportunity for out and out voter fraud the likes of which will make Cook County politics look like a Sunday school picnic. Especially if they decide to do this in all the states. JMO though.
I'm not necessarily focusing on that .....
Yes, his remarks are very telling about his feelings toward Obama BUT his comments about Obama waaaay before all this, during the primaries, were extremely telling and that is what makes this little relationship very interesting. I can guarantee you Obama did not come to the decision of Biden on his own.
The powers that be behind him know Obama can't handle foreign affairs or worse yet, another attack on this country.
I wouldn't necessarily believe
the polls they are reporting anyway, all over the board, and I believe they are manipulating the whole election.
I think it won't necessarily be a matter
of fooling us. The question may be: Will he manage to 'spread the wealth' to a greater number of people than he's ripped off?
I didn't necessarily mean you would flame me....sm
but I have on my flame-proof suit because I am sure that others will. LOL
On a more serious note, I am watching Israel....have been for some time. (I'm also checking out the clouds lately, ;o) ). There are several different groups of Jews who are working toward the rebuilding of the temple. Once that first stone is set in place, it should go up quickly.....and so should we.
Not necessarily....enough Repub senators ....
remain so that the democrats don't have a filibuster-proof majority. So if the repubs grow a backbone and stand up...the dems will be somewhat limited in what they can do. We shall see how it all turns out. But yeah...the potential for a major hosing will still exist.
Not necessarily cult worship
I don't know about cult worship, but I do know I have several friends who are African American who are over the moon. Why? Because for the first time in history someone who looks like they do really can do anything and be anything they want to be.
not necessarily point and click -
My hospital already has computerized medical records. There is no point and click involved at all. All doctors still dictate and we still have a full transcription department. There is just not any paper generated for charts - it is all electronic. The doctors can access the patient's records from wherever they may be when they need them as long as they have a computer and a password.
You don't support it, but you don't necessarily condemn it either
If there are homosexuals being killed, it is not in this country. You just don't hear about it and the media would have a hey day with something like that. No, I don't believe it, just because you say it's happening. Proof please. I have every right to come across any way I please. Stop telling me I have no "right" to say, feel, think the way I do. I have no idea how you feel about your son or even how you handle it, so I wouldn't even begin to tell you what's going on in your life. But this is the way I feel. No, I wouldn't disown my children. However, I did do the groundwork when they were small. They knew it was wrong. They knew it would not be accepted by me or their father and maybe they had enough respect for us to do the right thing. I don't know. I do know that most kids are not taught that it's wrong, regardless of what society tells us. I do know that some kids do this to get back at their parents for different reasons. All sins can be forgiven. This is one sin that can kill you before you have a chance to be forgiven. I loved my kids enough to make sure they understood it was not only wrong, but could lead to their deaths at an earlier age. Not just HIV, AIDS but anal cancer, hepatitis C and a score of other terrible diseases. I didn't want that for for my sons. I'm not a hippocrit. But you are judgemental.
Not necessarily any specific speech
that changed the trend in Europe, but what those countries see happening in the US the last 6 months.
For decades, whenever there was trouble anywhere in the world, a natural disaster, an epidemic, an out-of-control dictator, a genocide, they could always count on the US to send money (more than any other nation), materiel and personnel to bail them out and fix the problem. Now the rest of the world sees our government bankrupting itself (Obama's mouth writing checks his wallet can't cover) and they must realize that they're going to be pretty much on their own from here on out. They have to get ready to take care of themselves, and rein in their own out-of-control governments.
Nope, not any specific speech he gave, but I think everyone in the EU must see the handwriting on the wall. They are starting to take measures to protect themselves. About time. It's just ironic that we are not moving into the place they are abandoning.
Remember, immaturity is not necessarily
And this is a person posting on an MT board, who apparently wants to pass for an MT. Anyone buying that?
That's not necessarily true. You've been able to pick up the slack sm
for them very nicely if I may say so myself.
well, i would call it dark but not necessarily meaningless
