They push me further and further to the left, as well.  I said that on another post a month or so back, and I was ridiculed for my beliefs being so easily shaken, with accompany faux *concern* about my mental health thrown in for good measure.

As far as your question, I'm not sure I have an answer.  If voting machines are rigged before Election Day even arrives, does it really matter?  I'm for whatever system is the most ethical and fair and honestly records the intentions of the voters, whether they're Republicans or Democrats or any other party. 

I don't know enough about the electoral college, but when I get some time, I'm going to look into it further because I believe it's an important question.  Thanks for bringing it to our attention on the Liberal Board.  I'm sorry a troll hijacked your post.
