been and still is criminal/illegal to kill or harm anyone, why is there a need for this bill in the first place? That is the question on a lot of minds. It seems that some groups are getting "extra protection" simply because of a behavior that many people find repulsive and sinful. Extra protection will lead to extra rights and these people realize that. It's a smoke screen and so many just can't see through it.
