Further on down the board I posted a response to you about Obama giving checks to people and I asked you if you could point me in the right direction to read about that.  I was not being sarcastic - I am sincerely intrigued as I have never heard that he said he wanted to give a check to anybody. 

I have googled it every way I can think to and can find nothing that says anything like that.
