Those 3 should be the first to be impeached.

I've been saying all along the president is just a talking head. He does not make the actual decisions. Groups of people (congress/senate) makes the decisions. Congress passes the laws. And the biggest law breakers of the FM/FM are the specific ones you mentioned. They should give back all the kickbacks they received from this, be dragged out of their offices and arrested/impeached whatever you want to call it.

On another note, Bush could have said no. Bush knows right from wrong. If he really cared about the American people he could have stopped what they were doing. He's guilty as the rest of them. They should all lose their homes, pensions, and savings and see how they feel.
