rebuilding as we speak? When are they gonna have full time electricity, running water, jobs with a paycheck, security in the streets, equality for women, which they did have under Saddam. Iraq needs to rebuild a lot more and faster to get back to where it was under Saddam. We broke it and it's people big time.
