I've read not very many, and from the clips I've seen, I don't remember seeing more than one or two. In fact the total (approximately 262,000) is a rather small number, considering all the promotion Fox News gave this event. (http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/2009/04/tea-parties-appear-to-draw-at-least.html) Since most African-Americans, by history, are Democrats and since the Republican party has nothing much to offer them (except the resurgence of white hate groups), I doubt they would have little reason to attend one of these events. I certainly had no reason to attend one.

And the Chicago Tea Party didn't even want Michael Steele to speak (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/04/09/chicago-tea-party-rejects_n_185026.html), which was probably one of their smarter decisions.
