Not being snippy here, but how do you know what Casey Sheehan would have wanted? Was there something in print, or other material, or are you speculating? I am curious. I haven't seen anything and I would be interested in reading the information, if it exists.
Do you believe that every man and woman fighting in Iraq believes in their mission and wants to be there and wants to win? I don't believe it for a second. Yes, they do their job because that is what they signed up to do. Many our proud of their roles there and support the effort. Many do not support the war and do not want to be there.
Neither side can assume that all military fall on one side of the line, because they don't. One of the soldiers that died 2 weeks ago was from our home town. When he signed up, he really was in support of the effort. After spending some time there, he changed his mind. But, he took his duty seriously and did his best, and we are all very proud of him. But, he still died for something he didn't believe in.
