42% of people don't make enough income to pay income tax. Their standard deducts cover them.

Yet Obama includes those people among his 95% of Americans who will get tax cuts.

Huh? You can't pay less than zero.

So what he means is that people who are already excluded from paying income tax will be getting a government HAND OUT!

That helps to explain a lot about why the bottom feeders are swarming to his camp with chants of Obama! Obama! (Translation Give me free stuff! Give me free stuff!)
