The very article you have on here is the very problem with this country. I quote from your article, "This the language of academic research scholarship, government institutions". I realize you think you are making some kind of point by putting this liberal article out here, but it definitely points out the obvious problem, only manages not to really bring the problem to the forefront, and that is illegal. Liberals love to overlook that word, "illegal". My point has nothing to do with "white folks" being outnumbered. You even seem to miss the point. And by the way, what does Mexico's population growth got to do with our country? Oh, wait, I know, it just means some people in this country think that is an excuse for allowing more illegals in here? Immigration is the backbone of this country, not illegal invasion. When you have millions of people of one culture coming to another country within a very few years, there is no immigration, it is invasion, and no viable country can absorb all that at one time. It taxes our government systems, i.e., the taxpayers, and our healthcare, which is tanking big time. Whomever is writing this article obviously has some issues themselves, it is a very biased article. Population growth in this country due to legal measures is fine with me, giving us time to absorb new population a little at a time, not an explosion from illegals. It just amazes me how people will find someone else's articles and thoughts to print but can't seem to think for themselves. This person is obviously for illegals by the millions in this country......I am not. A true American would want to keep the US a soverign country. Do your history. Countries that have fallen have done so because of invasion by another group, not absorbing through proper means.
To quote your article again, They do not come here with the express intent to cause trouble, inflict harm, possess, take over, infringe or intrude. These are living, breathing, impoverished human beings who come here looking for work in an attempt to feed themselves and their families. What world are you living in? Our prisons are crawling with illegals who came here not to feed their families and make their lives better but came here to steal and take what they want without working for it. And I'm paying to house them. There are families that come here to work and have a better life, but they can do it legally like everyone else. If that's not infringing, then what is? And then there's disease. I have many many family members in schools throughout several different states. You need to talk to them. The schools have been invaded with illegals' children and suddenly, diseases are cropping up left and right. Why isn't our wonderful liberal media putting that out there? The hepatitis rate has sky rocketed in many bordering states (and I know that for a fact). They are getting free medical care, while others cannot afford it. They are being put on transplant lists while the legal citizen gets put on the back burner. Would I want a legal family member needing a transplant put on the bottom behind a bunch of illegals? No, I'm sure if it were one of your family members, you would be singing a different tune!! They have invaded, infringed, brought more violence (gangs galore) and if you think that's perfectly acceptable, you need to go live in Mexico and see how well you're received there.
