Go to that link, read the whole thing, and click on the links provided there for the official documentation from the Illinois state senate where he did in fact vote against the Infants Born Alive Protection Act, and when it came up again killed it in committee. It is all there. Jill Stanek is the nurse that came forward and told what hospitals were doing with babies who survived abortion...and testified in person before the Illinois state senate, trying to get a bill passed that would compel hospitals to treat babies who survive abortion so that those babies would not be left to die.
