do health care reform. You show me the reform in his trillion dollar proposal. Show me what he is fixing. What is the trillion going to reform? He said he wanted all Americans insured. His trillion is not going to do that...not even half of them.
To use your analogy...what Obama is doing is buying more horses to shore up the one he has...but he has not figured out how to make the original horse not cost so much. What I am saying is figure out how to feed the horse you have instead of buying more horses.
