Obviously you are looking to pick a fight for some reason. I was fine with your post until the end - "I would think if you were secure in your beliefs you would welcome the chance to explain them. Color me wrong."
I have no problems with my beliefs and will shout them from the rooftops. I have reasons for every belief I have. The point is - we do not agree on the issue of health care - end of story. You do not seem to be listening and trying to learn from anyone. All you are doing is saying things to make people upset. Your posts come across very condescending - as if you know what you're talking about and we have no idea.
I am fully aware that there are negatives to every bill that gets passed in Congress. But in government, most of the time you have to choose between the lesser of two evils because there will never be a happy medium. I fully understand your reasons for being against S-CHIP and respect them as your opinions. So respect others' and LET IT GO!
