I don't even know where you came up with that ridiculous question. It makes absolutely no sense, and therefore does not even deserve an answer.
Obama is not apologizing for the US. He is merely recognizing mistakes and making the US take ownership of them. That would be something we should have done YEARS ago!
As far as religions go, I believe that ALL religions have the potential to be dangerous, not just Islam, not just Christianity, but ALL of them. When was the last time you heard about a radical athiest killing someone? How many wars have been started in the name of atheism? Most (if not all) religions teach peace. However, they also teach competition between religions by stating that theirs is the one and only "true religion." This serves no purpose other than to pit them against each other, thereby creating that mindset of "we're good and everyone else is evil and thus should be eliminated."
The incidents of Tiller and the army recruiter are not in competition. This is exactly what I talked about in the previous paragraph. The religious right are the ones whining about the coverage of this. You have tried to turn this into a Muslim radical vs a Christian radical. I really feel sorry for the family of Private William Long, as I'm sure they never expected his death to be turned into a religious tit-for-tat for the sole purpose of advancing the agenda of the far right.
