Every president does that. They have since there has been a presidency and a congress. It's just a matter of course. I don't see that as unusual. You really have to step away from blaming every single thing on Bush. I don't like him either, but I separate the way the presidency works from my personal feelings if at all possible. otherwise, it just appears as a vendetta and leave me with nothing cogent to say.
