This is America's new way of doing business. There ya go, they're giving the jobs to the Texan Mexicans. The contractors should be encouraged strongly, either by financial gain or loss, to hire New Orleans natives, especially those affected by the huricaine, to do the rebuilding becuase these are the people who NEED these jobs more than anyone.
But, you know those same people (Republicans) will sit on their high horses and say, Huh, well they should be working.
