I'll stop here. You want us to believe that this has everything to do with Clinton, nothing to do with Bush Sr., Rummy, and those who set the stage before him. Yet, it's nothing political. Gotcha! Remember the infamous Rummy, Cheney and Saddaam photo op? Remember Bush Sr. pulling out during Desert Storm? Sorry you can not see your own political rhetoric at work. The wheels were in motion before Clinton, though I'll give you that he should have done much more.
