I am very happy that a black man has been nominated. I won't be voting for him as he is too liberal for me. I think he could use a little more political seasoning before being president. Just my opinion. I will be voting for McCain/Palin. If Obama wins I will support him. As far as I am concerned God bless anyone who wants to take on such a difficult job. I have never forgotten a minister who asked us in church if we prayed for our President and goverment leaders. I felt ashamed that I didn't at that time. Since then I pray for lots of our leaders even though I don't always agree with them. I think they deserve our support.
