Close the borders down tight. North, south, east, and west. Call all our troops home from where ever they are ...Ramstein in Germany, Subic Bay in the Philippines. Call in any outstanding debts that are owed to us....Like sending money to Africa for AIDS research...it just lines the pockets of petty dictators. THEN...the next time there is a major catastrophe, let China help them out, let Russia send help, let Darfur help out. The USA needs to take care of its own first.

Because if it weren't for the United States of America, France would be speaking German.
