According to the 2008 election Penn is a blue state, more precisely 52% for Obama, 46% for McCain.  That makes the dems a majority no matter how you look at it.  So, in other words, the majority (52%) more than likely do want the stimulus package.  So your senator is representing the majority in your state.  Also, considering the vice pres is also from your state, it may be more than 52% who would support it. 

We obviously need to trade states.  You would love it here in TN.  It's packed full with pubs...LOL.
