It just seems to me like

people in Washington are lacking some serious common sense here.  An electric hybrid will not lower costs for anyone unless we all stay home and not drive anywhere.  Also.....I don't know about you people but when I have a cell phone for a long time or any electronic that needs charged.....after a while....it doesn't stay charged as long as it used to. 

I'd much rather them continue research on hydrogen vehicles especially since the exhaust is merely water and I won't have a HUGE electric bill while charging it either.
