It's screwy.

Smoking cessation programs....they just passed the SChip program the other day to cover children USING THE CIGARETTE TAX by upping the tax to $.61 a pack.

What did I say the other day? They don't know what they're doing? Wasting all this time fighting against using cigarette taxes to pay for the children's health care because it won't cover the full cost, and now they have this money in the stimulus plan to QUIT?

Am I the only one going around in circles with all this crap?
