It's certainly possible, but we'll likely never know the truth of the matter.

My husband was telling me how corrupt politics are in Chicago and Illinois in particular. This sort of stuff goes on all the time, but no one is ever caught...until now, that is.

Anyhoo, what I really want to know is...why did they bust this governor before someone took the bribe? Why isn't anyone asking that? If this was a Republican politician, you can be that the DA would wait until someone was hooked by the bribe, so they could catch whoever...

Isn't it interesting that they nipped it in the bud when they did, before anyone else was caught in the snare....conveniently before anything gets back to.....someone else.....

And isn't it interesting that the friend that Obama himself wanted to get his Senate seat, Valerie Jarr
ett, mysteriously withdrew her name from consideration....wonder what the real reason for that might be.....
