I have a lot in common with LEGIONS as far as this administration goes.
Note, I say administration. I almost always do because Bush did not (would not have been able) to single handedly attempt to rule the world and take control of all its energy sources. In fact I have always thought Bush was the just the dupe the neocons chose to run because he seems so down homey, just like us, etc. Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rove pretty much run the country along with their cohorts the neocons. For the billionth time, most of us don't hate Bush. I hate what his administration has done to all of us, but that's about it. I just hope we survive until January 2009.

but I am not a good person, I am just a person who cares deeply for my God, my family, my country and my fellowmen. I just finished watching the debate intently. I was really hoping to hear something from either candidate that would solidify either my opinion or validate the opinions of people, like yourself, who so sincerely believes Obama means us harm. All I know to do is what I always do when I have something to large for me to deal with it and I pray, "Lord, take care of this, I can't handle it." That doesn't mean that I won't have periods when I try to yank the decision back out of His hand but I do have faith that our Lord is really in command and nothing is going to be too big or too bad for Him to handle. With that, I'm off to bed and to a peaceful sleep.

I tell ya, the people railing on this board make me almost root for Obama. Republicans seem oblivious to the fact that while Sarah Palin may be a great soccer mom, it isn't soccer mom experience that makes a great VP or God forbid, president. I used to greatly admire John McCain's military service but I have gotten to the point that I don't give a big hairy white rat's behind. He has bragged on himself until every time he brings up his "distinctive" military service I want to throw up. Anyone with half a brain that is functional can see your post hits the nail on the head. Refreshing to see someone with reasoning capabilities and......honesty.

You might have a coherent argument to make if you thought you could best me or anyone else here logically or rationally, but I haven't seen you try. You're invited right now to express your political opinion and should you do so with dignity and respect, you'll be treated that way in return by the majority of people here, including me. Keep up the personal sniping like a spoiled child and that is exactly how you'll be treated in return.
