Are you upset that I didn't include every derogatory term in the english language for every race, ethnicity, etc.
Any term used to offend others no matter what race, ethnic background, sexual preference, etc. is derogatory and wrong (I learned that when I was in grammar school - too bad others on this board did not). So because you've been called those names it is okay for you to call others homo, fa**ot, lesb*, etc.? No it is not. Nobody in this day and age should be calling anybody any names.
This name calling has gotten out of hand on this board starting with Patty calling us homo's and then professing to be innocent of her animosity towards people who don't share her way of life.
Here's something I learned in church, school, girl scouts, and good old fashioned upbringing from my parents and grandparents. It is not okay to hurt or mame others. To call them names so as to make yourself feel superior to others. To laugh at them when they are down and hurting. You don't do this to people because I was taught this is not what Jesus taught. Jesus and the Creator loves all no matter what gender, race, religion, or sexual preference. Yes that's a whole topic for the religious board, but that is what I was taught growing up being involved in sunday school, church, girl scouts and good ol upbringing. You do not treat others disrespectful no matter how different they are from you.
So, no it's not okay to call you those names, just like its not okay to call us homo's.
