responding to my post but I will put in my 2 cents anyway. I don't think that LVMT or I or anyone who sees a pattern of deception does not believe that there are terrorists in the world. Of course we do. We know there are bad people. Unfortunately a few of them are in our administration. That does not mean that we think everything is made up, just some things. I remember when Homeland security first came up with their color chart. Any time W or someone in his cabinet or any Republican for that matter proved an embarassment, all of a sudden the terror alert was raised. It was so transparent that if not frightening it would be funny. Is it any wonder that when the timing of an incident fits this pattern, that those of us who have watched this pattern evolve over the last 6 years, would question the authenticity of that incident. I have seen enough and heard enough (from the Brits mostly) to believe this is real and I am grateful that they are and have done such a good job. I even believe that Michael Chertoff showed himself to be knowledgeable and articulate about all of this. When not muzzled, he shows himself to be an erudite man...who knew. W, on the other hand did a rerun of the 9/11 reading a goat story. He, without writers, handlers, spinners, stared dumbly at the camera and said :there are terrorISTS who will stop at nothing, who want to kill us. So what we have here is Al-Queda alive and well, Iraq demolished, thousands dead, the Afghani women back in Birkas and the Taliban back in charge and everyone in the world hates us for being bullies, hegemoniacs and arrogant Americans. Good job.
