Actually, out in town, TriCare is fine. It also covers us in military hospitals, which has been my problem. It requires that if you live within the area that you only use a military hospital where you have no choice of whom you see. If you make a loud enough fuss, you may be able to eliminate one provider, but try to change to another close lying military hospital and watch the fit hit the shan. I am aware that this is not the proposal--I only think that it is where we are headed. And I think that everyone will be sorry. I am also not saying that all military providers are bad, only that it is very hit and miss.
