I know...

All the conservatives seem to say the same thing over and over around here, just worded slightly differently.  Any time Democrats put forth a bill to help the American people there is the same response from the conservatives, "You just think the government should pay for and control everything."  That's the only argument I really hear over and over again, and it is really a weak argument, because it is just not based in reality!

Does it ever occur to them that we actually care about America and want to improve it???  That just because some of our ideas may be different, or progressive, or "new fangled" (lol), that they are not necessarily worthless ideas?  Or maybe they're right - something like free or cheap healthcare for all American kids would mean the demise of our great nation.  Those kids getting free care would just mess this country up beyond repair!!!  And oh my, if a Democratic president is elected, watch out - the world will explode on election day!  Puh-leese.
