but making disparaging blanket statements like "uneducated women" does not help your cause. That is condescending and small gotcha politics and doesn't help anything...and renders the points you might try to make basically invalid. I don't understand why the democrats don't get that. We women out here in middle America don't appreciate being called right wing fanatics because we happen to be Christian. We don't like being referred to as "nascar people" and "uneducated." It just shows ignorance on the part of those making those statements; they have no clue who we are or what we do or what we think. That is a voting block that really has not gotten out to the polls in years past couple of cycles. Well, now they are angry and probably will make the difference in the election. Calling them "uneducated" and "religious fanatics" does not go very far in changing their minds. It just illustrates to them how out of touch some people are with the reality of their lives. That's my point.
