Try to read, focus & comprehend, k?
Spying on innocent Americans via wiretaps or monitoring your computer is NOT A PHYSICAL SEARCH.
A physical search is when they bust into your house, SEARCH and take what they want.
Bush has been whimsically spying on thousands of probably innocent American citizens. He HAS the authority to do this without a warrant if he claims it is time sensitive but he is required (under law) to then obtain a warrant if he needs to continue it. HE HASN'T DONE THAT. He couldn't care less about the Constitution which he openly admitted when he said it's just a (profanity omitted) piece of paper.
