How bad does it have to get here?

Oh, don't worry.  The 5% of packages may still continue to be inspected upon arrival to the U.S. (though the 95% will still sail through uninspected, now maybe with bombs, chemical agents and the like).

Only reason I can figure for it is the rapture ain't coming fast enough and they're just trying to help God speed things up a little bit.
