Here's someone who actually took the time to track down the source of the "story" and found out the truth. That's called journalism. Why is it so hard for you to accept the fact that Fox News et AL lied about this story?

If you want to read the bill, it's probably available on line. It's a very complicated bill. People in congress obviously don't even understand it.
