you are kinda both right, and wrong. Let's not forget it was originally called pelosi's plan until they did not sign it and then it became referred to as bush's plan. The second one that passed was voted for by mccain and obama along with almost everybody else. I feel like we were sold out all the way around. I am unclear if the one that passed also covered the treasurer as being beyond reproach as the first one did - anybody know? Hope they do bail out american express or whoever it was that sniffed some money. Hope they bail them out and charge them 21% interest compounded hourly - LOL
