and that being said, in Sarah Palin's defense, she has been extremely supportive of her daughter and the family are surrounding Bristol with love and support. they are not shipping her off anywhere.

My guess is that she would not have announced her pregnancy publically if the left had not gone after Bristol saying she was the
mother of the Down's child and they were passing him off as her brother. Mean-spirited and hateful.

I think Bristol is a brave young lady, I think this is a beautiful strong family, and I think Sarah Palin has done exactly what she should have done where her daughter was concerned. No condemnation, no trying to hide her back in Alaska, supporting her, loving her, and supporting her in her choice to keep her child.
But that is just me...
