The way the healthcare system is set up has no other choice but to fail. Not everyone is employed or fully employed. Employment should have no relationship to healthcare. It's bad for the employers and bad for the employees. It's just as relevant as if part of your "benefits" from your employer was to receive a new car each year from them. There is absolutely no connection between the two, IMHO.
