Seriously. McCain was born too EARLY for that whole argument to be valid. The law was not put into effect until a year after he was born. He is a naturalized citizen, but not a natural born citizen (which is what is called for in the Constitution).

Is it a really hair-splitting technicality? Absolutely. And I don't think it should be pursued. But it should be remembered, when crazy people run around saying that Obama is not eligible to be president.
