elected would have had to hit the ground running due to our present dire circumstances. I think he is trying to reassure the market and the American people that he is serious about having a transparent administration and is trying to put capable people in place that he has confidence in to keep us above water AFTER Jan 20. As to acting like he is already president, not so. When asked a question about what he was going to do NOW, he said America only has one preident at at time and until Jan 20 that president is George Bush.
