It's a mixed bag. Very expensive homes, but the problem there is the zoning. One section is fabulous homes, then right around the corner are Metro bus stops, washaterias, check cashing places, etc. I don't know if they'll change that gradually or not since they're actually the City of Bellaire.

The Woodlands is another master planned community (city). But that's one long drive from Houston in my opinion!
